• Due to the vast and varied experience, Dr. Chandre Gowda was entrusted with challenging projects and has successfully completed various projects of Government of India and Government of Karnataka.
• Dr. Chandre Gowda is also directly responsible for the development of two varieties of cashew and one variety of Jamun & Tamarind, apart from developing innumerable technologies which were included in the package of practices of the University.
• Dr. Chandre Gowda has made significant interventions in the promotion of crop diversification, natural resource management, and plant protection.
