Microbi offers a 100% Refund of the amount paid through Online Payment mode at our website and if the accepted order is cancelled by the customer before the delivery of the goods to the customer. Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The refund, if any shall be done only to your account through which the payment was made and the name of the account shall match with the name of the customer/buyer.
